Agent App – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Agent App provided by Daily Activity Monitoring. By using the App, you agree to these Terms. The App has no payment functionality.

1. Role & Authorization

You are authorized to log your own delivery data and view your records. Access to other agents’ data is prohibited.

2. Account Security

• Keep your password/PIN confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable Use

• Enter accurate, truthful, and lawful delivery data.
• Do not attempt to access, probe, or disrupt the App or other accounts.

4. Data Access & Ownership

Your delivery records are shared with your assigned Center Manager for operational and commission purposes. Operational data is owned by the organization; personal information is handled per the Privacy Policy.

5. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance or technical issues may result in temporary unavailability.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of earnings, or data loss arising from use of the App or events beyond our reasonable control.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or to protect platform security.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
