Agent App – Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Daily Activity Monitoring (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when delivery agents use the Agent App to log deliveries and view records. The app has no payment features or links.
1. Information We Collect
- Personal Details: Name, phone number, email (if provided).
- Account Details: Login identifier and authentication credentials (password or PIN).
- Work Data: Delivery entries you submit (package counts, dates, notes), and commission outputs.
- Technical Data: IP address, device/browser type, access timestamps, and diagnostic logs.
2. How We Use Information
- Create and manage your account and access permissions.
- Record your delivery data and calculate commissions.
- Allow you to view your past records.
- Maintain security and improve performance.
3. Data Sharing
- Your delivery data is visible to your assigned Center Manager and system administrators.
- We do not sell or rent personal information.
- Data may be disclosed to comply with law or legal process.
4. Data Security
We use reasonable safeguards such as HTTPS, role-based permissions, and secure HTTP-only cookies/JWT for authentication. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
5. Data Retention (60 days)
- Your delivery records are stored for a maximum of 60 days.
- Data older than 60 days is automatically deleted and cannot be recovered.
- We may keep non-identifiable aggregated statistics for operational analysis.
6. Your Rights
Subject to law, you may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by contacting admin@damapp.in.
7. Changes
We may update this policy and will post the latest version with an updated effective date.
